Join us for an hour of letting go, breathing and gentle movements, while developing your inner energy, strength, and center. We will explore a few different sets of qigong and tai chi style movements. Moving slow using tai chi principles allows us to strengthen different muscles that can aid in healthy joints, relaxation, and reduction of pain and falling. Fluid qigong sets allow us to flex with ease and improve on our breathing and visualization which helps wellness. Wear flat athletic shoes and comfortable clothing. All you need to bring is a bottle of water and a sense of playfulness including your smile.
